Louie is the HR operations manager supporting B Capital’s internal staff focusing primarily on payroll, 401k and benefits, and HR. Louie is joining the company after a 3-year stint at TikTok where he spearheaded payroll initiatives and led the US payroll team in filling in gaps during the start of the WFH mandate in 2020. Prior to TikTok, he worked alongside different industries across US providing HR, payroll, and benefits solutions where he gained a multitude of experience that made him a subject matter expert in the HR world.

Louie has earned his BA in Psychology from CSUN and holds an HR Management certification from Loyola Marymount University. In his free time, Louie enjoys street photography and an avid follower of whiskies all over the world.
