Jenny is our Senior Counsel leading the APAC legal function, focusing on investments made across the region and related activities.
Jenny joins B Capital from SoftBank Vision Fund, where she was the legal lead in deals and exits executed across the APAC region. Prior to going in-house, Jenny worked at Gibson & Dunn on its corporate and PE team. Before Gibson, Jenny was with the securities and public companies team at Ropes & Gray. Jenny started her career at Milbank Tweed, focusing on capital market and VC transactions across Asia.
Jenny received her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and a BA from Hampshire College in International Relations and Economics. Jenny lives in HK with her husband Alex, their son Marcus, and a Scottish Terrier aptly named Bruce. Jenny enjoys scuba diving with her family, science fiction, and spicy food (with an emphasis on food generally).
