As the VP of Portfolio Leadership & Talent, Amy partners with multi-stage tech founders and HR leaders around the globe on their greatest talent and organizational development-related challenges. Her passion is advising B Capital’s portfolio companies on how to hire, engage and retain the best talent, while helping leaders to align their people and business strategies.
Prior to joining B Capital, Amy spent most of her career in Human Capital consulting at Deloitte, Accenture, and Slalom Consulting. As a management consultant, Amy advised Financial Services/Insurance and Healthcare/Life Science clients on organizational change management and organizational design for M&A, business/strategy transformation and large-scale technology implementations.
